Here’s a great video that players can do in a small area:

They can cut the exercise times from 60 to 30 seconds and just do the exercises I’ve listed below with a 15 second rest in between. (They should be able to do it in as little as 15 minutes!) They should do them slowly enough to do them in 4-feet of space (set the boundry with cones, shoes or whatever they have 4 of.)

1- Bell Taps
2- Ball Taps
3- Forward/Backward rolls
4- Right/Left Rolls
5- Brazilian Sole Flicks
6- Single Leg V Taps
7- Double Inside Feet V Taps
8- Double Outside Feet V Taps

15- Pull-Back Taps
16- Bell Taps Clock (Directions)
17- Ball Taps Clock (Directions)
18- Inside Outside Touches
